What is an Unattended Cremation?
An Unattended Cremation gives you the freedom to plan a meaningful memorial at your own pace. It gives you time to grieve before you celebrate your loved ones life. We give you the complete freedom to celebrate life any way you like.
An Unattended Cremation is a simple, no fuss cremation without the traditional funeral service. Your loved one comes into our care from their place of passing, then we prepare them for cremation in a simple and respectful way, following their cremation, their ashes and death certificate (plus 6 certified copies) is available for collection from our Underwood facility or you can choose to have them delivered. You can choose to receive your loved ones ashes in a standard cremation container or select one of our stunning cremation urns at the time of arranging their cremation.
Fixed Price Cremation with no Hidden Fees
We offer a fixed priced Unattended Cremation Service that is affordable, yet provides the highest levels of dignity and respect for your loved one, and exceptional, compassionate service to you and your family.
Whilst our pricing is fixed, there are some factors to consider that may increase the final cost cremation. There are four things that may increase the cost that our Funeral Director’s will discuss with you at the time of arrangement, these are:
- A Larger Size Coffin is Required
- Transfer takes place outside of Business Hours – 9:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday
- Transfer is greater than 75km of Brisbane
- The Price of the Cremation Urn selected.
Our Coffin
We use a simple cardboard cremation coffin that is locally made in Australia and provides a dignified and respectful coffin option for your Loved One. Our Cremation Coffin ensures that our pricing remains affordable for our families, whilst maintaining the respect and dignity for your family.
Cremation Ash Container
Ashes are returned to you in a standard Cremation Ashes Container. You may also like to select a Cremation Urn that is reflective of your Loved One and their passions in life or a Cremation Urn that compliments your home décor. We have a range of Cremations Urns available by clicking here.
